October 2020 PEER PRACTICE

This offering is a monthly opportunity to practice your Hakomi skills.

We will be practicing exercises that were done in the previous training day to better understand ourselves and the Hakomi skills being taught by the exercise and to deepen our understanding of the purpose of the exercise.  There will also be an opportunity to discuss your learning edges.

All sessions will be 1.5 hours and will be facilitated by Hakomi teachers.

During this time of social distancing, our team has decided to offer a series of online Hakomi events that will allow our training to continue and our students to be able to learn the Hakomi Method using video conferencing technology. We welcome you to join online groups and to stay connected. We will send out notices as events are designed and published. Thanks for being a part of our community.

Hakomi Education Network Vancouver

As visitors to this sacred land, we offer respect and gratitude to the people who have come before us, and all stewards of this land: past present and future. We recognize that what is now known as Vancouver is the traditional unceded land of the Tsleil-waututh, Squamish and Musqueam peoples and is now also home to many diverse Indigenous, Inuit and Métis peoples. We are grateful to have the opportunity to be nourished on this land and we set our intention to be instruments of healing.
