Come as You Aren’t to Hakomi on October 31st, costume attire welcome...at least from the neck up! Let's have some fun and explore seeing and being seen in that rich Hakomi way. This multi-level training runs from 10am-noon and 1-3pm on the last Sunday of the month. The cost is $80.In this four hour training, we will be doing Hakomi exercises, learning Hakomi skills, and developing the art of being with ourselves and others in the Hakomi way. There will be a one hour break in the middle of the session to step away from the computer, to relax and refresh before coming back together for the final two hours. Hakomi online is better than most of us thought, some even like it better than in person. Come join us and find out for yourself.
