Hakomi Circles provide an opportunity to work in small groups, receive a full Hakomi session and observe and assist in one or two other sessions. Facilitated by an experienced Hakomi teacher or trainer, sessions are an opportunity for deep assisted self-study and discovery, and participating in the group provides an opportunity to more fully understand how full sessions unfold. There will also be time to discuss the sessions to help understand and learn the method. The day will run from 10 am to 3:00 pm with an hour for lunch. Cost is $100 for the day, with a special offer of $215 if attending both Circle Day and Comox Valley Workshop (a savings of $10) (If attending both, register and pay here first, and then register for the workshop - special payment code will be supplied) Please Note Our Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your registration, please notify your trainer at least a week in advance of the event and a credit will be issued to you to use for a future event.
