Join us for a day of self study on Vancouver Island

"When one person or a group sets the context for someone’s healing, the most important aspect of that context is the state of mind of the persons creating it."

Through a series of Hakomi exercises and experiments, we will explore and practice ways to deepen development of state of mind: the capacity to study ourselves, to let go of habitual ways of responding, and to search for the inherent capacity for healing that we all share.

Facilitated by Susan Dempsey, Trainer and Annie Rousseau, Teacher

The workshop will be held from 9:30-4:30, limited to 12 participants (for space and health considerations). Details on location and health protocol/requests will follow with registration.

We hope you can join us.

Hakomi Education Network Vancouver

As visitors to this sacred land, we offer respect and gratitude to the people who have come before us, and all stewards of this land: past present and future. We recognize that what is now known as Vancouver is the traditional unceded land of the Tsleil-waututh, Squamish and Musqueam peoples and is now also home to many diverse Indigenous, Inuit and Métis peoples. We are grateful to have the opportunity to be nourished on this land and we set our intention to be instruments of healing.
