Join us for a day of self study on beautiful Gabriola Island

Spend time  learning about and exploring the Hakomi Method of Self-Study.  Deepen your understanding of ways of being that may be keeping you from experiencing the quality of relationship you long for.

Learning about our habits of relating to others leads to a "depth of understanding (that) creates choices and a sense of freedom. It also leads to authentic, loving relationships. Those are the goals of this method." ~ Ron Kurtz

Whether you are brand new to the method or have studied for many years, all are welcome as there is much to share and explore.

The workshop will be held from 10:00-5:00.   Details on location, ferry information,  and health protocol/requests will follow with registration.

Facilitated by Susan Dempsey, Trainer and Annie Rousseau, Teacher

We hope you can join us.

Hakomi Education Network Vancouver

As visitors to this sacred land, we offer respect and gratitude to the people who have come before us, and all stewards of this land: past present and future. We recognize that what is now known as Vancouver is the traditional unceded land of the Tsleil-waututh, Squamish and Musqueam peoples and is now also home to many diverse Indigenous, Inuit and Métis peoples. We are grateful to have the opportunity to be nourished on this land and we set our intention to be instruments of healing.
