Join Annie Rousseau, Trainer

and Roger Langmaid, Practitioner

for a day of Hakomi

Hakomi offers a deeply respectful and safe method of self study in a small group setting.  A chance to slow down, enjoy your natural curiosity about your authentic experience in the moment.  Simple exercises in mindfulness used in a light and enjoyable way often offer surprising insight. The practices are always potentially meaningful, and often profound, offering a chance to rediscover your true self and enjoy authentic shared connection with others.

Our Hakomi groups are offered to people both experienced and new to the method.

Cost for the Workshop Day is $125

There is also a Hakomi Circle Day on September 30, 2023

In addition a “ Circles Day “ with a limited attendance will be held on Saturday September 30th  at another location.  Circles offer all who attend the opportunity to experience a full Hakomi Session as a client and witness and support others.

Hakomi Education Network Vancouver

As visitors to this sacred land, we offer respect and gratitude to the people who have come before us, and all stewards of this land: past present and future. We recognize that what is now known as Vancouver is the traditional unceded land of the Tsleil-waututh, Squamish and Musqueam peoples and is now also home to many diverse Indigenous, Inuit and Métis peoples. We are grateful to have the opportunity to be nourished on this land and we set our intention to be instruments of healing.
