Annie Rousseau is hosting a Hakomi Circle in-person in Courtenay area. We will gather in a small group, and each person will receive a full Hakomi session and observe and assist in another session. Annie is a certified Practitioner and Trainer. Sessions are an opportunity for deep assisted self study and discovery, and participating in the group provides an opportunity to more fully understand how full sessions unfold. There will also be time to discuss the sessions in order to better understand and learn the method. There will be an hour for lunch, please bring a lunch or go out for lunch, as the location is close to town. Location information available after registration.
