Join us for a Hakomi Circle where you will work in small groups, receive a full Hakomi session and observe and assist in another session. Sessions are an opportunity for deep assisted self study and discovery, and participating in the group provides an opportunity to more fully understand how full sessions unfold. There will also be time to discuss the sessions in order to better understand and learn the method. We will meet for two hours in the morning, take a one hour break and then come back for two hours in the afternoon. The day will run from 10 am to 3 pm. The sessions will be facilitated by an experienced Hakomi teacher or trainer. Please Note Our Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your registration, please notify your trainer at least a week in advance of the event and a credit will be issued to you to use for a future event. After this time - 7 days before the event - credits will not be issued if you cancel.
