Come Reflect and Reconnect through Hakomi

Please join us at the lovely Loon Lake retreat centre for this late winter time of reflection, self-study, and connection. Whether you are brand new to Hakomi or a long-time community member, this retreat provides an opportunity to deepen your capacity for presence and compassionate self-awareness through the Hakomi method.

You will learn how Hakomi can enrich your personal and professional relationships, you will leave with practical tools, and an understanding of the method and where it might take you.

You may also view this time as a way to disconnect from the busyness of life, reconnect with self and others, and celebrate the wonder of it all—while forest bathing and being embraced by the natural beauty surrounding us.

Hakomi Education Network Vancouver

As visitors to this sacred land, we offer respect and gratitude to the people who have come before us, and all stewards of this land: past present and future. We recognize that what is now known as Vancouver is the traditional unceded land of the Tsleil-waututh, Squamish and Musqueam peoples and is now also home to many diverse Indigenous, Inuit and Métis peoples. We are grateful to have the opportunity to be nourished on this land and we set our intention to be instruments of healing.
